After years of working in professional services across multiple organizations, within Agile and Waterfall teams, the project delivery left a lot to be desired. Ultimately we found, that it's the customers that suffer from poor project management and woolly statements of work, not the service providers. This is what inspired us to change How We Work. (link?)
We originally came up with the concept of Mutatio in anticipation of the IR35 reform and it's perceived impact, to both businesses and contractors, on the skilled worker market. Couple this with the hastened acceptance of remote working worldwide, and Mutatio really comes into its own.

An accomplished IT professional, with a great deal of experience in the enterprise. Mostly worked for Financial and healthcare organisations, and has also worked directly with AWS Professional Services. An advocate for cloud native technologies, and finds great pleasure in helping businesses succeed in their journey to the cloud.
